Good Faith Usage
You must run at least 5 full simulation campaigns within the 30-day period. (We can't find issues if you don't let the agents look!)
Traffic Baseline
Your site must have at least 5,000 monthly visitors (or proven B2B equivalent). We cannot guarantee "Conversion" value on a site with zero traffic.
Dispute Window
If you believe a finding is invalid, request a Manual Analyst Review within 7 days. If our human analyst agrees it's a false positive, we remove it from the quota.
Exclusions
- Sites in early "Alpha/Beta" with known broken functionality.
- Issues caused by 3rd-party outages (e.g., Stripe being down).
- Competitor analysis accounts (non-owned properties).
