    Simulation runs failing on a stale model price table

    Cached upstream model pricing went stale and a subset of simulation stages failed to start. Pricing resolution was made fail-open against the last known good table and the affected runs were refunded.

    Long-running audits stopped without a result

    Audits exceeding the platform's per-job time limit were terminated silently instead of being retried. Jobs now checkpoint and surface a clear failure with a refund rather than stalling.
